Acceptable use policy
Last updated 10 September 2026
Fraser is built for relevance-led outreach. This policy protects prospects, accounts and every customer who shares the platform’s sending reputation.
Expected use
- Contact a business prospect only where the offer is relevant to their role or organisation.
- Attribute claims to a source you can stand behind.
- Keep outreach short, specific and honest about what you are offering.
- Honour opt-outs immediately and permanently.
Prohibited use
- Bulk, untargeted or repeated outreach to the same contact.
- Misrepresenting who you are, who you work for or what you are offering.
- Fabricated statistics, quotes, research, awards or customer results.
- Uploading confidential or embargoed material you are not authorised to share.
- Attempting to identify another customer’s activity, contacts or campaigns.
- Calling numbers on applicable suppression lists, outside permitted hours or after a do-not-call request.
- Recording or transcribing calls without required notice, consent or a lawful basis.
- Using prerecorded or AI-generated voice calls where prohibited, including consumer telemarketing without required consent.
Enforcement
We may pause outreach, suppress contacts or suspend an account where activity risks harm to recipients or to the platform. Where possible we will tell you what changed and why.
