Terms of service

Last updated 10 September 2026

Draft terms published during early access. They will be replaced before general availability.

The service

Fraser helps teams find prospects and opportunities, prepare and run approved outreach, use phone agents, handle replies and support meeting booking. It does not guarantee replies, meetings, pipeline, revenue or contract awards.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts and claims you approve.
  • You must hold the rights to any content, data or assets you upload.
  • You must not use the service for outreach that is misleading, harassing or irrelevant.
  • You are responsible for approving outreach before it is sent.
  • You must have a lawful basis for contact and comply with applicable email, privacy, telemarketing and calling-hour rules.
  • You must provide required call-recording notices and obtain consent where the law requires it.

Allowances and fair use

Plan allowances exist to protect outreach quality, deliverability and recipients. We may pause activity that risks harming prospects or the email, LinkedIn or telephone reputation of the platform.

Availability

During early access, features may change and some integrations are not yet connected. Anything not connected is labelled in the product.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service. We are not liable for purchasing, procurement or communication decisions made by third parties.
