Privacy policy

Last updated 10 September 2026

This is a draft policy published during early access. It describes how we intend to handle data in the Meet Fraser product. It is not legal advice, and we make no compliance certification claims.

Information we process

  • Account information: name, work email, job title and organisation.
  • Customer content: company briefs, instructions, prospect lists, campaigns, replies and approved assets.
  • Business contact information used for relevant outreach, obtained from customer uploads, public sources and data providers.
  • Product and delivery events, such as emails, LinkedIn activity, form submissions, calls, replies, bounces and opt-outs.
  • Voice data, which may include call audio, transcripts, summaries, disposition and consent records where calling is enabled.

How we use it

To operate the service: finding and matching prospects and opportunities, preparing work for approval, completing approved outreach, handling replies, supporting meeting booking and reporting outcomes.

Tenant separation

Customer strategy, briefs, drafts and campaign activity are private to the organisation that created them. Platform-level opportunity and contact intelligence never reveals another customer’s identity, pitch or activity.

Prospect contacts

Contacts receive outreach only where there is a relevant business reason. Opt-out and do-not-call requests are enforced, and hard-bounced addresses and suppressed phone numbers are blocked from further use.

Phone agents and call recording

Fraser may place or receive business calls through specialist telephony and voice-AI providers. Customers must only enable recording or transcription where they have a lawful basis and have provided any notice or obtained any consent required by the caller's and recipient's location. Recording settings, call hours and suppression rules must be followed for every campaign.

Service providers

We use vetted infrastructure, communications, telephony, CRM, billing and AI providers to deliver the service. They process only the data needed for their role and are subject to contractual and security controls.

Retention, export and deletion

You can request an export or deletion of your organisation’s data. Call audio and transcripts follow the retention settings applicable to the workspace and provider. Limited suppression and audit records may be retained where needed to protect recipients, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Secrets and integration credentials are held server-side and are never exposed to the browser. Access is role-based and logged.
